RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at info@shoplohome.com within 30 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original order Confirmation or packing slip. Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for rugs, lighting, wallpaper, cut fabric, ginger jars, custom products, nor furniture. We suggest ordering samples and asking any questions you may have prior to purchase.
Ceramic Products: Our ceramic products are hand-made to order, and their fragile nature is not conducive to return shipping. For these reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchanges, but offer complimentary samples, and even offer custom color-matching to meet your needs. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to swiftly send you a replacement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the item is returnable, please feel free to return your order to us after you receive it for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping.
If you need to cancel a custom furniture piece, fabric, or wallpaper order, please email info@shoplohome.com immediately, and if it is possible to intercept the order before it makes it to the manufacturer, we will try our very best to do so. However, if the product has already gone into production, the order is unable to be cancelled.
PRODUCTION QUALITY
Our printed and dyed textiles are composed of natural fibers that have a bit of character. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are the nature of the product. Dye-lots for our solid fabrics could vary slightly from batch to batch. Defective products might include pillows with broken zippers and large, obvious misprints or stains.
Ceramic products are made by hand and therefore may have a bit of character such as brushstrokes, variation in glaze concentration, and small imperfections in the glaze or body. Glaze color may also vary slightly from product to product.This is the nature of a hand-made product. Defective products include chips, cracks, and large or obvious blemishes.
